They are HP...they are suppose to work!

It is a good product, but why buy low yield cartridges? That is the only reason for my low rating. The high yield cartridges (model HP 201X) are much more cost effective. With the high yield cartridge you pay 24% more but you get 64% more toner.

The suppliers service was excellent but I dont like the fact that all ICT companies use embedded software to enable predatory pricing policies and to establish monopoly supply relationships with their customers. Even aircraft manufacturers have to authorise alternative component manufacturers to supply spares for their aircraft, enabling these to be priced more competitively and manufactured with economy in mind

being OEM item, there is no question on the quality. The shipping was very timely.
