Heres the thing; these HP cartridges come with a lengthy explanation of how to dispose of the old cartridge in an environmental safe fashion -- but not a word about how to install the new cartridge. Installation is not rocket science or even Science 101 but would have been helpful just to make sure I wasnt inadvertently screwing up. Someone should tell Silicon Valley types that the entire world has not bothered to self-learn every nuance of all the technology out there -- guess what, it isnt worth the effort

Just what I needed

Hated to spend the $ on HP rather than a compatible. But I was afraid based on reviews that non-HP toners had serious potential to fail. Not because they were inferior but because HP could prevent them from working with an update.
