Broken OS. not terrible but just a hassle.

So buy a prior year laptop and save a good amount of money .or get a better quality machine as in my case due to humans needing the very best and newest thing the Joness have ...so yes I will only shop here for the best quality in value ..

Great for gaming, internet, streaming the whole shabang.I did add and extra 8 gb of ram

I purchased this laptop for my daughter and its been a problem getting it working fully. It freezes a lot and having difficulty connecting it to an external monitor. Im an IT professional and have been around the block on all kinds of laptops and this one just didnt cut it even for its price. Very Disappointed.

Good Enough for its price!

I ordered this laptop to replace the one I dropped on the floor. It arrived five hours earlier than predicted, and it booted up with no problem. Life saver since I’m a teacher who has to work online. I’m so very grateful it arrived without delay. My only negative comment is the windows 10s needed to be turned off to then allow me to install google chrome. The school district uses all things google. It was a hassle, but once that was resolved, I was able to get up and running pretty quickly.

Absolutely love this product!

I bought two of these, one each for my son and daughter who needed them for virtual learning this school year. After a little over a month, my daughters laptop stopped working and would only display a gray screen when it was turned on. We tried all the suggestions of HP support, both online and speaking to a technician on the phone for over an hour. Nothing worked.
