I really enjoy my new laptop it’s the first one I’ve ever had.

Cannot get it to work, but Spectrum says its on their end.

Good quality for the cost

DO NOT BUY FROM NEXIPC. 5th grade graduation gift for granddaughter. She does zoom calls for summer school and theater camp. Major issues w/ sound card and only response is to call HP and deal with it. Students need to be able to speak with teachers. If the quality is junk, the student wont learn. NexiPC doesnt care because it sat in the box for the initial 30 day window, waiting for graduation time. They found an out and ran. No customer service, just go away and deal with someone else. Amazon should step in and help when this happens.

It got here fast and was super easy to setup and connect to my wifi. Works great and is fast as blazes, I would highly recommend it. I did IT work in the 90s and supported HP products and it is good to see they still make quality products.

the Chrome OS is a piece of crap. You are restricted in everything you do. I was planning to install Windows 10 and you have to jump through hoops. Will never buy this again and will let people know to beware.

Looking for 2 in 1 instead of conventional laptop.
