I cant put anything other than Microsoft programs on. I could not put my Yahoo email in plus another program that wasnt microsoft. It also messed up my Excel sheets. It would change the title or the content of the sheet so it was incorrect and I could not find the sheet I needed. I needed to go back to the history and choose one of the older updates to get the correct information.

When we received these computers they are Windows 10 Home and cannot be converted to windows pro as advertised

Very cheap quality. Customer Service of seller is poor, struggle for getting the money back for an Amazon approved refund. Note for returns: All other returns will be charged a minimum of 20% restocking fee. Reported Fraud to Amazon and had to contact Better Business Bureau.

The laptop works well, my daughter uses it for school. It arrived in a timely manner in good packaging and charged. I would recommend this product.

Great practical laptop for your needs. I bought this for my dad to enable him to work from home. My husband and I both have a stream and it’s been working out great for us, and that made us purchase this. I was at first going to return this because it wasn’t connecting to the WiFi and contacted Hp and they advised that we would have to pay some monthly fee to enable the laptop to jump on our WiFi which didn’t make sense to me. Come to find out it was our internet company who had accidentally did something that messed up our internet. But when trying to return they advised of like a 30 or 33% restocking fee and other charges that made it not worth it to return. So this is definitely not one of those products you get to try out because you’ll have to pay to return. Overall happy with the computer but gave 4 stars for the return option sucking.

Wasn’t happy with this, saw some other reviews online that said it was decent enough and after reading bad reviews on refurbished laptops I thought I’d try this one as it’s new. Visuals are terrible, the screen is almost cloudy. The system itself is incredibly slow, I could hardly perform simple tasks without lag. On top of it all, found the laptop for way cheaper at Target, so unless the year of office is a big seller for you I’d look elsewhere.

My mistake for not even thinking about it before I purchased, but this laptop does not have the ability to connect to your 5G wifi network. If you live in a more rural area this might not be an issue but I live in a major city and am experiencing a ton of interference with the other wifi networks in my area and have problems video conferencing and with my VPN connection dropping. I got a USB adapter to switch to 5G but thats not very reliable either

This computer works ok. Its not slick. Its not zippy. The sound isnt great. The display is barely adequate. But everything works sufficiently well for it to be used on a daily basis to check email and play solitaire. I miss my Lenovo Yoga, but this is half the price. I can get an Ipad for visuals and use this for routine tasks and still pay less than I would for a brilliant new laptop. So I am ok with this system. Its very light and charges quickly.

Very slow,lost 200 dollars just on my.online exam because the lap top froze.for 30 minutes

This computer has a poor video quality and the mic glitches. I bought it for my daughter to do her online distance learning. Just discover that her teachers is not hearing her clearly. The video freezes all the time. I would like a replacement but my window for return is ten days out. What should I do now.
