I bought 2 laptops for my children to do virtual school. We have had nothing but problems with them. They are slow and glitch every time my children try to video call with their class. I do not recommend anyone to purchase this laptop

When we received these computers they are Windows 10 Home and cannot be converted to windows pro as advertised

Was worried about the handling but the package arrived with any problems

it has horrible audio problems

This computer does not perform as explained. Seller wont take back even after I had to go to the hp website and do diagnostic myself. Stay away from this seller.

This computer has a poor video quality and the mic glitches. I bought it for my daughter to do her online distance learning. Just discover that her teachers is not hearing her clearly. The video freezes all the time. I would like a replacement but my window for return is ten days out. What should I do now.
