Great buy

I havent had a desktop pc in YEARS and never an all in one. Ive used laptops for the convenience. But I needed a new one and went with this, mostly because of pricing - which was great! My pc shipped early and was easy set up, right out of the box. The screen is large and bright. The speakers and camera work very well. I love the keyboard - I was sick of those flat keys. Ill eventually get used to the wired mouse. Or.... Ill use my wireless. But I love it! Great purchase!

I use two of these computers. On one of them the screen started to flicker in less than one month of use. Customer support confirmed it has hardware failure. I wanted to reset the computer before returning it but it keeps bringing up error messages saying it cannot be factory reset. Very sad because it was nice while it lasted.

This product was purchased for personal usage. However, it does not work properly. Sometimes when I go to turn it off the screen jumps up and down. I end up turning it off by pushing the power button. Also, when Im in a program sometimes I am not able to highlight items. I would like to return this item

It’s only been little less than a month but so far it’s been great for work and games lol. Speakers are great. I haven’t test the camera yet but I’m sure it’s good. I don’t really need it anyways.
