Reasonable price considering I did not need to leave my house.

I dont know whose fault this was, but I kept getting an error message from the printer, stating that there was a fault in communicating with the cartridge. I could only remedy it by swapping around with another cartridge. The HP troubleshooter recommended that I only buy HP cartridges from the HP store. Of course they would. This cartridge was in a sealed HP box, so there was nothing that indicated that this was a bad cartridge.

It’s ink

Only ordered through Amazon because quick delivery however only to regret it. Ink cartridge did not work while using it the second time. Printer says it’s not genuine. Disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I don’t know what is going on but there was hardly any ink in this supposed new cartridge. Printed only a few pages and already out! What the heck?! Used to last much longer. Def not the supposed 300 pages it claims. I only did 80 sheets and it is OUT! Will NEVER buy from hp again. Wish I could have my money back! Do NOT buy this one!

Everything is fine, good product.

Product has no defects and was delivered on time. I can no longer stand going to a supermarket or a major retail store just to find my printer ink is sold out every time. I recommend buying ink cartridges at Amazon.

This cartridge is easy to install and the print quality is good.
