Inks is Ink but the XL size are great

Cannot use in my printer. Advertised as HP or seems to be, the seller is trying to trick people on purpose. Do not be fooled or u might waste ur money completely like I did. Yeah like they are going to let me return a package I ripped open and put in my printer. Not likely and not worth the time to do.

hp is effectively stealing from me. Last cartridge set I purchased did not work. After some research I learned it was because the previous cartridge set I purchased for Amazon were “Z20” region cartridges. I brought them from the same page you are reading now. Since then, hp updated the firmware on the Officejet pro 8600 printer I own so that it will not accept a different cartridge. But, now the only cartridge type you can buy from anyone in the US is a “Z10” version. So, my printer now gives the “Incompatible ink cartridge” error message which also LOCKS the printer and prevents it from printing. In their zeal to prevent knock offs and clones,they effectively also caused my printer from printing. I have been on tech support for 90 minutes now with no resolution, except “we’ll, we no longer support that printer do your only option is to buy a new one.” Where did I go wrong. I asked the Tech Support person and they said I did nothing wrong. The Z20 cartridge worked without any updates or configurations. Did I know I was effectively obsoleting my printer by updating the firmware now that only the Z10s are available? Of course not. This is stealing - hp stole my ability to print. And they suggest I can buy a new printer? I am angry. I will call Amazon and them them about this experience, to which they are partially complicit. I may do more. Bad Bad Bad

My printer is telling me that this is not original HP ink. Seems to still print, but it shows the ink as being empty. I dont see any other similar reviews out there for this product/vendor, so I dont know if this is an equipment issue or if something shady really is going on here, but this is frustrating for something that costs so much and should just work.
