I bought all XL HP 950 and 951. But the yellow 951XL and black 950 XL hasn’t worked at all. They came defective. It said they might be used before in the printer. It was showing error in th sprinter for those 2 cartridges.

Purchased three color cartridges (cyan, magenta and yellow) for my Office jet pro. 8600 plus. Replaced the old with the new. Printer locked up, didnt accept the new telling me I had everything from ink supply problems , paper jam problems to the printer head wasnt connected. After two days of doing everything the printer, the HP smart app. and the HP Windows 10 customer support suggested I returned these to Amazon. I then removed your the printer head and reinstalled it along with the old cartridges. Purchased new cartridges from a local store and was back in business.
