I like this product because it slimmer then others Ive seen

This is a very cheaply made laptop. First of all there is no caps lock button. Ive never seen that before but ok move along. I purchased this for my 11yr old who is home schooling due to the pandemic. Its a chromebook so I THOUGHT it was up to par... NO! He has had it a little over a month and a half and the screen has gone completely out! Happened after a night on the charger. I have NEVER had to make a return for ANYTHING Ive purchased on Amazon because I am a big review reader. Now I have to figure it out and I no longer have the original packaging ugghh... Save yourself the headache DO NOT ORDER THIS LAPTOP!

Great for my middle schooler. Does everything needed for school, advanced classes, microsoft apps and games like Amoung us and Minecraft run good.

For the price, this is a great Chromebook. Im surprised the screen is this good at this price point. For me the screen is a double-edged sword because the native resolution makes text too small for my eyes. You can increaae the text size by decreasing the resolution -- its acceptable but makes some apps a bit blurry.

That laptop is amazing... When I think about the processor before buying I thought it was just going to be Normal, but... That chromebook is really fast, google has done an amazing job with that operating system, a new era is coming and Microsoft should be worried about. The screen quality is Full HD, sounds quality is good... I am happy with.

This computer only has a touch pad. Amazon says it is touchscreen. It is not. It does NOT have a port to use a mouse. I knew it was port less but was okay with that because it said it was touchscreen.

My second try with these hp chromebooks. Both are garbage. Totally useless because trackpads are defective. Apps close and open on their own. Mail disappears. Complete junk. Need a class action lawsuit to get HP to stop selling these defective products.

Have it delivered to my country in just a couple of days, and got one kid extremely happy using it at school! We knew it was not touch-screen, but he did not need it.

I love my HP chromebook - does everything I need - I can write letters, documents, copy and paste [you have to hit the ctrl and c buttons to copy and then ctrl and v button to paste], it is lightweight and I enjoy watching u-tube and other stuff on it.
