Do not buy from them..DIGJUNGLE..this company is the worst!! No manners, the indian guy was soooo rude!!! The HP computer I bought from them is already having keyboard issues 6 months in, not sure if they sold me a refurbished computer as new. save urself the headache and buy directly from hp, might cost a bit more , at least u are sure its legit brand new!!!

I like these inexpensive hp laptops they last about 2 years this one has no cd drive. Something I missed in reviewing the product. I would not have bought it since it didnt have a cd drive.

This is a good example of what a low tier computer should be capable of. Excellent quality and excellent performance. I installed Ubuntu on it, and the wifi drivers werent there immediately so I needed to purchase a USB to ethernet adapter. Once that arrived I got the drivers and I havent had a single issue with the laptop since.

Very nice. However, when I am scrolling a page that has pictures, it seems to take a little longer time loading them. Little disappointed it that. Other than that its very nice to have a new. I had my other HP for 6 yrs.

I like the product, but when I found out the warranty expired before I even purchased it, I couldnt wrap my head around that. This is supposed to be a new product. But, the warranty expired 8 months before I bought it. None of that info was in the advertisement.

Came a lot sooner than expected but I love this laptop. Everything on it works excellent and it looks very professional. The touchscreen and Cortana a great features. Perfect for my business.

The touchscreen is ok I just dont use it much. Otherwise it is a great machine.

Just got this a couple of months ago. Touchscreen stopped working, restarting nonstop for days. No one knows how to deal with it. Windows i need to return it. ps, Ive attempted to communicate with either Amazon or HotDeal Express without any help. I will not recommend this seller. This laptop continually separates from internet and printer. I got a lemon, or is it Windows 11? Not a happy customer

I wish it was a little smaller and I wish it folded as a tablet but other than that its okay.
