I had it 3 days and it won’t turn on. There was also a tiny scratch on it when I got it. I am wondering if I got refurbished sold as new.

This computer is great for working at home and needing to run multiple programs at a time. It was super easy to set up and I would recommend it to anyone.

Do not buy from them..DIGJUNGLE..this company is the worst!! No manners, the indian guy was soooo rude!!! The HP computer I bought from them is already having keyboard issues 6 months in, not sure if they sold me a refurbished computer as new. save urself the headache and buy directly from hp, might cost a bit more , at least u are sure its legit brand new!!!

I like the product, but when I found out the warranty expired before I even purchased it, I couldnt wrap my head around that. This is supposed to be a new product. But, the warranty expired 8 months before I bought it. None of that info was in the advertisement.

Laptop has expired warranty. Spoke with HP to see if this could be fixed. HP said no as it was “re-sold by an unauthorized seller on Amazon”. The battery is totally defective and I have 0 recourse to get it fixed. I never would have purchased if I knew this “new” laptop had zero warranty. Beware and go for something else. What a headache :-(

Absolutely worth the price!

Just got this a couple of months ago. Touchscreen stopped working, restarting nonstop for days. No one knows how to deal with it. Windows i need to return it. ps, Ive attempted to communicate with either Amazon or HotDeal Express without any help. I will not recommend this seller. This laptop continually separates from internet and printer. I got a lemon, or is it Windows 11? Not a happy customer

I bought this in order to work from home. Per our work IT guys, it has malfunctioning wifi and out of date drivers. I lost signal all the time sitting 2 feet from my router. After installing a wifi extender (which took all day to download), I can sit at my table 10 feet away from the router, but drop signal all the time. This is a piece of junk, dont waste your money. Im stuck because I have to have something to work from home with & cant afford to buy a new one while waiting for a refund on this one.
