Love everything about this monitor especially the price. The crispness and boldness of the picture is amazing. This seller shipped quickly, item arrived when promised, box was somewhat dirty and damaged, but the monitor was secure and protected in the box.

It constantly needs to be unplugged to get it to work properly

Ps. do not buy a separate HDM cable because the monitor comes with one.

Wonderful vivid colors. No distortion

monitor worked well first off but then it stop working while i was on zoom meeting for veterans who have issue with ptsd and suddenly it went blank and the seller wont replace the monitor it is a shame no just cause for a product no to las longe than a few months. iam very dis pleased .( after all the trouble my relative was able to get the product to work properly i hope this will clarify the posted response made earlier

I was so excited to get this product. When I opened the box it looked like it had been open before. I set everything up and plugged it in and this is what happened. I’m so disappointed. I will never be buying from this company again!!!!!

Great monitor for the money, only criticism would be that it is not adjustable for height or angle to view.

Cannot be mounted to a monitor stand. This is the first time I have seen a monitor without these accommodations in over ten years! The seller charges a 20% restocking fee for returns. I opened the box and saw that it cannot be mounted to a stand, now I have to pay $49 to return it. So much for free returns!!
