> 3 dayThis unit was a 2020 New in Box unit. I will have to add some drives as it only comes with an SSD C drive. Im using external drives for storage until I can open the case and Install a Seagate 4tb HHD. Graphics card has handled most of my gaming requirements but slows up when I try 3D rendering. It too is upgradeable. On-board sound is more than adequate alto there is an open expansion slot available for a dedicated sound card. ( although it may be tight with some choices ). Great all-around choice for a quick recovery if your prior unit soils itself. Expandable, it might just be around for awhile (y)

> 3 dayI bought an HP desk top for python programming, running statistical analysis and writing books. The HP was cost effective and works well. The computer is supplied with 3 month free editions of the most popular software which for many users is appropriate. Bottom Line: The computer is good, my only complaint being industry monopolistic practices of loading very expensive office software when competing and affordable software is readily available in the market place. Recognizing this as an industry problem, the Computer gets a 5 Star Rating. Buy one. I think you will be happy with it.

> 3 dayFirst off, within the first 3 days of buying this, whenever i tab out of a game in full screen my whole screen goes black. eventually the problem went away so i didnt think too much of it. Recently, in game ive been lagging, teleporting, spiking, you name it. I called amazon customer support and they said we had to contact hp so we also did. Then, they said it was a software issue and told us to buy a technicians help so we did and weve called them multiple times with no pick up. Currently on hold for more than 2 hours. After, i called hp customer support and when i explained what happened they said i had to pay another $200 to fix it and after talking for a bit longer they hung up on me.

> 3 dayiv been gamiing on pc since 2012 and have gone through plenty of computers. i took a big risk on this computer cause at the time it had no reveiwes but what i can tell you about this pc is that it runs very well while i do think that they would have been able to put in at least 16 gigs of ram for the price. other than that this pc runs very well i am able to play any game on 1080p for ex rainbow 6 siege hyperscape callof duty and rust but best of al u can play minecraft at max chunks and not have any stutters

> 3 dayThe product arrived with an error code and no displayed image and with warranty it has to take an additional 30 days to get repaired. Probably a decent computer when it arrives fully functioning. Only time will tell.
