Laptop arrived on time. Very good value, works great, easy to set up

broke within a week and hp refused to refund or replace

I really love this laptop, I use it for my crafting business. It’s small and so light weight; I take it everywhere so I can create wherever I go. Setup was very easy for the laptop and adding all my Bluetooth devices (printer, cricut, and AirPods). I do run multiple programs at once and nothing seems to slow this computer down. I haven’t used all of it’s abilities yet but I’ll update my review if there is something I don’t like.

This computer was out of my budget but was totally worth it. I think some of the most important features of a computer is speed. Thats why I decided to spend a little more and go with the faster processor and more RAM. I havent had a fast computer in a while like this one. Computer boots up very fast and all programs run fast and smooth. I can have multiple programs and web pages open at the same time and does not disappoint. I dont really use the touchscreen too much, but so far the few times Ive used, it works perfect.

My laptop screen crack while it was sitting closed inside my backpack. I did not drop the bag or anything, it just cracked.

I bought this for my EMT and Paramedic classes.. I needed to be able to flip it and write notes quickly with the touch screen which it does great for. The reason I chose this one specifically is that it was *advertised* with a fingerprint reader which was very important to me on top of the flip feature. I walk away from my computer a lot to work with patients or run drills and I wanted to keep my computer safe. I was very sad to get it and it had no print reader, by then it was too late to send it back and try finding another hoping I got the right item. So my ONLY suggestion would be take down the pictures and the info about the print reader because its not on the computer being sent out. Other than that I do love my laptop!

I just received this product (hp laptop)NO instructions,warranty or much to it! Just received power cord and laptop so hope works well or will go back to MacBook Air that I know best. Will update review shortly. UPDATE: laptop disabled.. found out it was a used item returned immediately over 2 weeks ago no credit still. RIDICULOUS

No power cable for laptop. Cant rate if I cant turn on.

Really like this touch screen laptop. Screen flips over like a tablet.
