Great cheap chromebook to carry around, high quality screen, no lagging on HD YouTube videos or anything. Not sure about gaming since I dont do that, but great bang for your buck for a all around email, surfing, YouTube machine.

Arrived with extremely dirty keypad dirt ports and fingerprints all over. USB A not working and #6 key is stuck and will not pop out.

One of my twins asked for a laptop or an iPad and I thought Id gift her the best of both worlds. She absolutely loves it! She carries it around almost as much as her phone. We took her sister to a doctors appt (40 mins away) and when we got there, she pulled it out of her bag. Lol.

Finally figured it myself !!!!!

Came in brand new condition, not a scratch or mark on it. I dont have any long term experience with it but it seems perfect. Only complaint is the screen is kind of washed out, and has bad viewing angles. Thats just a design fault of some of the HP chromebooks, not specifically of this one or of this seller. If youre looking for a nicer looking screen then an LG or Samsung is what youre looking for.

Im enjoying this laptop. Its easy to use. Touchscreen is great. Im disabled so it being lightweight is important for me. Im happy with my purchase.

First of all you would NEVER know this is a renewed (used) computer. Aside from the box it came in this thing is mint condition!!! Setup was a breeze. I only ran I to one minor inconvenience. When it asked to verify my phone it couldnt locate it via Bluetooth so I had to plug my phone in. Honestly not a big deal for me. Ive only been using it for a few days but as of right now 5 stars across the board! I would buy this computer again in a heartbeat ESPECIALLY for the price!
