I’ve had this item for less then two months and its now leaking out of the front where the controls are. I was hoping it would be better quality for paying over $50 but I bought a cheap one for $15 at Walmart that lasted us 5 years and this one hasn’t even made it 2 months!

Great little unit , very strong pressure. Just takes some doing to adjust it to yourself and the bowl when you mount it.

I installed this by following the instructions provided. I learned I was unable to make a hole for the hot water hose to pass through the cabinet wall to reach the hot water access under my sink. Once I realized I was not going to be able to use the hot water option, I thought I’d keep it anyways because the cold water worked. HOWEVER, something happened in the process and the cold water stopped working. I took it all apart and redid the connections and again followed all the instructions, but I was never able to get the cold water to work again. I suspect that something come loose while I was inspecting the hot water connection and it caused issues for the cold water connection. When I reached out to the email listed on the instructions they advised me that they no longer support this product. I ended up returning it and purchased another one on Amazon that only supported cold water. TLDR: The bidet does not heat the water so you need a hot water access point near by. The bidet stopped working while I was installing it and customer service email on the instructions was no help because they have stopped supporting this product.
