I ordered this out of Amazons warehouse listed as new with package damage. I got it and the box was damaged and so was the unit. A couple of pieces on the part that pulls out were broken off, but it is only cosmetic so I am keeping it for the cheap price I paid. I like how fast it heats up, the preset temperatures and times are nice, and best of all how the lid automatically lifts up when the time is up. I have sublimated can coolers, magnets, metal business cards, coasters, t-shirts, a blanket, canvas prints and more...everything was evenly heated, and the automatic pressure didnt smash my can coolers flat! The only issue I have had is that the top does not swing away to access the bottom plate easier.

So far my heat press works well it made a loud sound when heating up but the press works good I love the fast heat up.. The pull out tray is great so far I love it

I have been wanting this machine for a long time but didn’t want to spend too much on it. I saw they had a deal on Black Friday so I decided to finally order it and I am so happy I did! I love how easy it to use. I just set the temp/time and it does the job. The only con I have is that it takes awhile for it to heat up so when I am in a rush it’s frustrating but it’s okay.

I am thoroughly please with my purchase. Amazing addition to my small business. Heat distributes evenly, give my business the edge i needed to take quality to the next level. Very aesthetically pleasing.

I love my heat press. It heats up very fast. The only thing I would like it’s to have a bigger press area.

Made rhinestone shirt worked amazing

This press arrived today Ive tested sublimation on microfiber towels of varying thicknesses, twist fans, neoprene chapstick holders, silk sleep masks, a baby jumper, and a drawstring bag. Many people have complained about the pressure of this machine. I have found that this has alleviated excessive pressure and guesswork for some of my items that Ive struggled getting consistent settings on. It doesnt have super strong pressure, but its been enough for the items Ive done so far. I have compensated for some of the pressure issues so far by increasing my cook time, not with using additional pads or upping the temperature. I still need to test ceramic coasters and larger items and dont often do vinyl, so Ill need to test that as well, but my products have turned out very well so far with no concerns. I LOVE the automatic lowering and pressure release functions. Im enjoying the consistent pressure, though is love to upgrade to something with valuable pressure with a pressure readout someday. My previous press did NOT hold the temp steady between presses, so this machine feels like a miracle. LOL

Best purchase I’ve made! Love it. Set it and forget it. Does the work for me. Highly recommend. It is heavy. I love the look of it(I bought the white one) get yours!!

I love the look of this heat press, it’s sleek and professional looking, not clunky like the others and it worked wonderfully…until it didn’t. I use it mostly for sublimation and when I scheduled a big craft fair for the summer I started making all of my products early to be prepared, the more I used it the more problems I’ve had. Sometimes it won’t heat up to the temperature it needs to be at, one time it was heated but I couldn’t get the press to decline, I tried resetting with no success, recently it was reading a lower temperature but yet melting all of my stuff. I contacted the brand who then informed me that they don’t even have a record of my purchase (they did say they would try to help me anyways but demanded videos of the problem which is never the same problem over again) I sent them what I could and haven’t heard anything back and am now stuck with purchasing another press in order to keep my business moving. So. Just be prepared and know that it works great for a handful of items at a time but I don’t think it’s meant for bulk items (unless it’s just mine that’s a dud lol)
