Greater than one weekI would suggest this for young kids but this is not a great tie dye kit for the price. The colors do not spread easy and they fade as they dry.

Greater than one weekWe loved the variety of colors and it had everything you need. Had so much fun. We wish there would have been a color chart in the box we kept going back to the amazon ad to look at the colors. We also used different gloves the ones in the kit we like out of a hair dye kit.

> 3 dayWe did 10 articles of clothing and still have some left over. Colors looked great and we only let them sit for approx. 18ish hrs (overnight) rinsed and soaked in cold vinegar water for 30 min and washed without detergent for the 1st wash. Will be purchasing again!
