This is a lot bigger than the picture projects. Its not a handy little device. Having said that it works like a gem, no problem at all. Just wish it could fit in my purse.

Our company requires that we travel to work in Mexico, our phones and tablets are in roaming mode all the time , the signal from AT&T from the US side does not work well in Mexico. So as a test drive our manager let us buy one of these routers. I bought an SM card from Telcel ($3 USD) and bought some airtime so we can send emails, work with out work orders software, navigate thru the web and have internet access in general. This router works perfect for me , its just plug and play, boot time its around 20-25 seconds. On the back of it theres an RJ11 plug ( you might plug a regular phone landline type there?? I am willing to try it out ) and maybe make some calls from there. In Mexico ( at least in the area that we work) you will have to pay for either voice and data service or data only. There are some other services that requires contract but for the test drive im paying around $27usd and i have access for like around a month more or less with normal use. Great product.

Unlocked means it works on all carriers - it doesnt.

This device, on the T-Mobile network, only allows for 3G speeds (~500Kbps) in the United States. Even though it connects to 4G networks and towers, its something to do with with the cellular radios not picking up a particular band. Im on a trial-&-error hunt for one that picks up full 4G LTE speeds. EDIT: This device works perfectly when the SIM card issued by T-Mobile is provisioned properly and is on the proper plan. IT WORKS!!

Funciona muy bien con la empresa TIGO en Panamá, y ahora desconecte el telefono fijo, ahora uso el VoLTE le conecte el telefono fijo y funciona muy bien, me ayudo ahorrar mas de 50 dolares mensuales entre internet y telefono fijo

This is not compatible with T-Mobile. Now I have to deal with returning it, and not having a working router.

Worked like a charm. Pulled a chip from an alternate phone into the router, it took a minute to de modem to set the apn without my intevention, then the admin interface is imple yet usefull with data consumption info , disable devices and signal is pretty strong . will try to set it as contingency connection in a future, but certanly staifies my expectation

The SIM card holder is misaligned. Due to manufacturing/assembly error the contact pins are below the level of the holder and dont make firm contact the SIM. There is no pressure on the card so it is completely loose and wont stay in place. Also a minor gripe, but there are only Spanish language instructions enclosed ¿Como?
