This is a very good watch. You can track most of your activities with great accuracy, with some exceptions; sleep tracking is not good, you can only have a precise idea about the amount of time you spent sleeping, not the stages. Continuous calorie tracking does not exist, only exercises. Although the health app is pretty decent, you cannot add all the exercise mods to the app.

I’ve been using this for the last month and have been very happy. I bought this based on the YouTuber Quantified Scientist. Excellent sensors, sleep tracking is ok, but step, heart rate, spo2 are great. I can get all notifications and make/pickup calls with iPhone. Amazing battery life. At this price point, this watch can’t be beat.
