I’ve tried a variety of goos and gels and different products and Huma is my favorite. It tastes great and i love that there is chia in it. It’s just the right size and amount for long runs. More natural tasting than many others, tastes like actual coffee. Love this product.

Best long-run fuel Ive found - and Ive tried a lot. Goes down easy - even without water if necessary. Tastes less chemical-y than most. Ive used them in long runs and marathon races and have no complaints.

I came across Huma Gels when searching for a plant based vegan energy gel for my runs or hikes. I bought it because I loved the ingredients and the fact that it did NOT have maltodextrin. When I tried them, i was pleasantly surprised that they did not taste like any other gels, they were not thick and didnt have that carnauba wax feeling that most gels out there have. It actually tastes like chia seeds that have gelatinized naturally. I AM SO IMPRESSED BY THE NATURAL TASTES AND NOT FAKE ARTIFICIAL TASTES! When the company emailed me, I learned they are started by Veterans. I just wanted to thank them FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART for making the best gels EVER!!!

I have run a number of marathons and half marathons . This is my go to fuel. I have tried lots of others but come back to Huma gel. It doesnt give me the GI issues like some and the caffeine gives me the energy I need. Im in my sixties and find that I have to refuel more often than I used . This is the best energy gel for me.

I have used many different types of gels over the years. This one is by far my favorite. It is easy to eat and it doesnt upset my stomach. Really like the taste as well.

These are hands down my favorite gels for endurance running. I love this flavor, though many of their other flavors are great as well. The cafe mocha gives me the hint of the coffee taste I just savor. Ive used GU before, but they just dont compare to huma gel. The chia seeds set the huma gel apart by light years, and their ingredient list is so clean and natural. As a nutrition professional, I really appareciate that. These havent caused any GI issues for me, and I usually take half before a long run and half during, though it can be different for everyone. I totally love my huma gels, quick glucose (sans other non-natural ingredients) for your working muscles!
