Only had the keyboard for a day and it does seem solid enough. To their credit this is shown in the picture, but it is absolutely insane that the question mark is to the right of the shift key. Terrible design, but partially my fault for not very closely looking for such a bizarre error. Not sure if the keys can be re-assigned easily. Pretty annoying. edit: Simply does not work via bluetooth for windows 7. I even bought an additional external bluetooth adaptor to make sure there wasnt something wrong with mine. Very irritating and disappointing to spend an entire day trouble shooting a basic keyboard. I guess you get what you pay for.

TL; DR: The RGB settings are easy to navigate, incl custom mode after some learning. Programming is pretty smart otherwise. Bluetooth is nice, no latency. Bluetooth buttons need to stop blinking for no reason though. For reference, the images are room light on vs light off. Before I ramble, first the important parts. If the Windows key isnt working, press Alt+Win until it does. That changes the mode for the OS. Also, about the custom keys. The instructions are very wonky at explaining them, but I finally understand it. Hold Fn+A for 3 seconds to color your keyboard however you want, cycling through every color... one key at a time... The easiest way to go about this is to use Fn+Enter to color what you want the majority of your keyboard to be then customize everything else. Press Fn+A to save your custom layout. You can do the same with Fn+S for a 2nd custom layout. And then press the | key to switch between the two layouts or press Fn+A or Fn+S to pick one. The instructions are somewhat broad since they say record so I thought I could record preprogrammed patterns into my custom layout. You cant. The custom mode doesnt account for brightness, speed or patterns. It also doesnt simply change to it when pressing Fn+|, Fn+A or Fn+S, you have to cycle through /? to get to single color mode first or else these custom mode keys will do nothing. The programming of the keyboard is very polished imo, but this is the most lackluster. Pressing Fn+|, Fn+A and Fn+S should just change instantly to custom mode. Although, I did find if you dont want to navigate your way to try to turn on custom mode, going into custom setup real quick (hold Fn+A or S for 3 sec and then press again to save) will be the closest to instant as possible to take you there. Now onto the rest of my ramble. Before buying, I didnt read too much into the connection capabilities so I was surprised to see the keyboard work with bluetooth and not require a dongle. And also how it charges by USB to USB-C and lets my computer know what percentage its at in bluetooth settings. My computer will notify me when my keyboard is at 5%. No more dying on the spot, nice! Having the keyboard in my hands, I must say I really like that theres no excess around it. I can also hold it in one hand and use it as a glow stick. For some reason I found it really interesting that the caps lock will light a different color depending on the base keyboard color, and wont change color unless the single keyboard color changes. This means that if the keyboard is green, the caps lock will always be pink even when changing the pattern of the keyboard or changing the color to rainbow. I like this feature. The spacebar also stays a constant blue when its charging and will breath slowly when its dying. There are already videos, but I like to describe the modes in text: Fn+/? key changes the pattern of the keyboard: Mode 1: rainbow Mode 2: ripple Mode 3: ripple row only Mode 4: single key color change Mode 5: mode 4 and its surrounding keys Mode 5: breathing Mode 6: single keyboard color (and custom mode) Mode 7: basically Tetris / wall building Fn+Enter key changes the color: Green keyboard -> pink caps lock and vice versa Blue keyboard -> yellow caps lock & vv White keyboard -> blue caps lock Red keyboard -> cyan caps lock & vv Off -> rotate a full cycle of caps lock colors. Its so unnecessary but interesting. The backlights turn off after a minute to save power when on wireless mode which is nice. When the keyboard is plugged in, the backlights will always stay on which is also nice! Very thorough programming! At this point, Im just surprised they left out the ability to hotswap. Also I noticed before, but Im going to note here that there are no page up, page down, end, insert, scroll lock and right ctrl buttons, which I can do without. Everything else seems to be present. Of course, the awkward /? placement is going to take getting used to. Along with trying to remember to press Fn + Shift + Esc for the tilda. But its worth it for a very nice keyboard. The only few negative things are a lot of the keys make slight pinging noises from the springs when tapped normally. And considering some of the home row keys of all things sound the noisiest, thats pretty disappointing and Im going to have to work on silencing them. Also personal nitpick, the 3 button bluetooth function is nifty, but its going to drive me crazy with how the Q/W/ or E button like start flashing for no reason. It doesnt seem to be a sign of lost connection. Fortunately I like my alphabet white so I dont have to see this on my custom mode. The only way to get Q/W/or E to stop lighting up is to not use bluetooth. On a positive note, if you like seeing feedback for every time Fn is pressed, you will like the bluetooth function, which will still do it even when the keyboard is plugged in, depending on the toggle of Fn+R. Another nitpick, I find the media key (Fn+M) to be the most useless thing on this keyboard. Im glad for whoever finds the shortcut for opening the default media player useful, but I wouldve preferred a mute button instead. Otherwise, fantastic keyboard! Its so bright that I keep the brightness at 50%. Also, very nice of Huoji to toss in a cap puller, they really didnt have to. Thanks! Update 10/20/21: Still a great keyboard. The pinging calmed down, I rarely notice it anymore. The placement of the /? key is second nature now. The battery still lasts a very long time. Only concerns are I bought some custom keycaps that fit kinda wonky but still works. For anyone wanting to customize, itll take some work since several of the keys have uncommon sizes and may likely sit higher than the original caps. They may also stick like some of the ones Ive tried. Also, the ctrl key is half functional even after trying to clean it. But the keyboard is still an 11/10 buy for me.

This was a birthday gift for my son. He used it for gaming the day he got it. The next day he was using it for live streaming school and the lights quit. Not worth the money.

It stopped working after a week. Lost Bluetooth connection and couldn’t connect it again!

Ive had this amazing keyboard for over a month now. I wanted to give it some time before giving it my honest review. I love mechanical keyboards not only for gaming but for other purposes as well. Being in the pandemic, weve all been couped inside our homes either attending zoom university or playing an unlimited amount of games. I was looking for something that could do both. Im also in med school and take so many notes so I needed a keyboard that would meet all of my required criteria. Im a little picky when it comes to keyboards. I was thrilled to have stumbled upon this beautiful keyboard that Ive been utilizing for the past month. Im super happy with it. Its not just affordable but also aesthetically pleasing. Im super happy with this purchase. I use this keyboard so much and I was shocked to see the battery life last so long. So far Ive been only having to charge it once a month which in my opinion is GREAT. I would definitely buy it again. 5+ stars!!!

This is a great keyboard. For the price it cant really be beat. The rgb is bright and shines nicely. The rgb modes are easy to understand as well.The cherry mx browns also feel good to type on. Overall a 10/10 keyboard.

Very nice small gaming keyboard my son loves it. Its also very easy to change the keyboard keys.
