> 24 hourIve had about 4 different keyboards and this one is my favorite by far. This keyboard is great for gaming, its not a huge keyboard so it allows my fingers to reach the left side of the keyboard easily. Ive always had the issue of not being able to switch between the Shift key and the left Control key but this keyboard makes it very comfortable. I love the color pattern that it has around the keyboard, it also has backlit lights and keys to swap. It comes with the tools needed to change the keys as well which makes it very easy. I highly recommend this keyboard, definitely worth its value.

> 24 hourThis one’s tricky. I love it, but it’s tricky. It’s amazing to use — unlike so many affordable/entry-level keyboards which have a bit of a hollow or rattly sound to them, this sounds great right out of the box. I swapped in some thicker-walled XDA profile keycaps to see what would happen, and suddenly it’s like I never knew what good clacky sounds were until today. The brown switches on my model are what I always expect and never get: just enough of a tactile bump to keep me interested, but not enough to distract me. There’s enough metal in here for the unit to more than hold its own against pricier keyboards like the Drop CTRL (and it’s not nearly so fussy, but this isn’t about the CTRL). That said, the layout is a little cramped for my tastes (and this is more a me thing than an issue with the product, so I’m not dropping the rating). There’s no separation whatsoever between the number pad and the main body of the keyboard, so if you’re used to TKL or full-sized boards, this is going to trip you up at first. Get this if you can deal with having your numpad mashed up against the arrow keys, you want a solid hefty board with excellent build quality, and you struggle with the acoustics of most budget boards.

> 24 hourI got this keyboard for work, I like the mechanical ones and this one isnt super freaking loud. It also has a number pad on it but its more compact thank goodness. I never needed all those extra keys. The only thing that will take a bit to get used to is the delete key. You have to press FN and the del but to complete the delete but hell it might save some people lol. I recommend this and I normally use a black widow for gaming

> 24 hourTo start off, Im a newbie with mechanical keyboards so take everything here with a grain of salt :) After having my favorite mechanical keyboard start failing after two years and it being discontinued, I decided to try something a little more customizable and compact. This is by far my favorite layout/size balance- has most of the necessary keys, but seems like its almost half the size of my old keyboard. As far as switches go, the stock Huano browns are not bad at all. I lubed them and that definitely improved the feel and sound, but I ended up replacing them with SP-Star Magic Girl tactiles (lubed as well), which I do significantly prefer. (Side note: the fact that this keyboard is compatible with 5-pin switches gave it a major leg up on the competition- I saw VERY few at this price point.) The base is solid and hefty and Ive had no issues with sound as far as that goes. I did also replace the keycaps which I feel improved the sound. With functionality, Ive had no issues with the reduced number of keys. Everything is still accessible through the function key. No issues with ghosting during gaming and all switches have worked great the whole time Ive used them. Overall, if youre looking for a good place to start out with modding your keyboard, I think this is a solid choice. The stock switches and caps will do what you need them to, and it has great compatibility for any mods you may want to do. I would buy this keyboard again if they had more color options.

> 24 hourThis is a great budget keyboard with tons of potential.- I love building and remodeling keyboards and this is a great keyboard to start with. It has a ton of customizable rgb lighting sequences, has hot swappable key switches, and has a removable usb c plug. For the price its hard to find a keyboard with all of these features that isn’t just a cheap piece of garbage. After a tear down i have seen that the pcb is labeled well, all of the parts are of great quality and they even have the switches and stablizers pre lubed from the factory.

> 24 hourIt says in your description “You can customize the backlit of each key as you like”. Does that mean that each key color can be individually set?

> 24 hourAs a gamer, video editor and photographer I can say that it has a really nice feel. I was looking for a keyboard to game and edit on that had the numpad and the F-X bar. As a game I have a custom keyboard on my left near the screen so I needed something compact that would fit between my arms with everything on it. This was perfect.

> 24 hourSeriously good board for 40 bucks. Ill be swapping out to Gatteron yellow and a decent set of PVT keycaps. Only drawback to this that I can see is that the USB is on the side in an awkward spot. The stabs feel lubed and the red switches feel ok but maybe a little inconsistent weight from key to key.

> 24 hourI had my friends 13 year old son test this for me. He loved it. He recently put together his own gaming rig and grand parents bought him his own mechanical keyboard. He said he prefers this. Mechanical keyboards can cost easily a few hundred dollars and so this represents great value. The great thing about the keyboard is you can remove the keys and clean or even replace a key if needed. The action was positive. The lighting really good and the overall experience was extremely positive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
