So this was exactly was I was looking for, but not necessarily the intended use. I pushed the pin out with a toothpick and flipped the shutter cover around so that it would only open about 30 degrees. I cut the bar on the other end with a razor knife. Now this can cover my iMac camera when I dont want to accidentally turn it on during zoom meetings or throughout the day as an extra security. When I need my camera, I just slide it over an inch.

I use this on my 920

I have Logitech c920 and c922 camera and wanted a cover that could work for both. This cover fits perfectly on both of them. Its very easy to clip on. Just put the bottom part of the clip on the bottom part of camera and then push the top part until it clicks on the camera. Dont push too hard as its just a gentle click. Once attached it is possible to move it gently if its not centered. It looks just like c920s that comes pre attached with logitech cover. When you need to use the camera you can gently lift the cover and the cover remains open. The open cover does not obstruct the view of the camera. When done just gently close it and it stays closed. I use the word gently as with over use anything will eventually break. It is plastic so using it gently will help the product last longer.
