I too purchased this for a 4GB Xbox 360 E - no problems whatsoever. Took less than 5 minutes to install without any tools. Pop the console cover, slide the drive into the bay, replace the cover, and turn on console - thats it. Automatically recognized. 4 stars for now - and if it lasts will update to 5!

True plug and play - works great in XBox 360 and the price cannot be beat! It is a Western Digital inside.

Have an XBOX 360E model, the one with only 4GB of flash memory. Found out hard drive could be added and bought this one. Got it when stated and it worked just fine. Now I can play the game I bought (couldnt play it without a hard drive). Very easy to install, hope it lasts a good bit.

The product wasn’t exactly what I expected. It was not a Xbox product, but a cleverly designed replica with uniquely camoflauged packaging. It was not plug and play like I expected. There were no included instructions or papers indicating an online instruction manual. I eventually returned this product and went to game stop for an official refurbished Xbox product.
