> 3 dayFirst off, this tastes SO GOOD and dissolves super easy. I struggle with upper GI issues, which makes fueling up before a workout difficult without getting acid reflux during the workout. Instead I switched to not having a snack 30-60 minutes before a workout and instead sipping this before and during. It gives me the quick burning energy I need to get through a whole CrossFit class.
