When you think of a regular lemonade drink, you think of something kind of lite like water and lemons. This has more of a slight cream consistency to it compare to how you think of normal lemonade. It tastes okay, if I have no other bcaas left I could drink this, but I will avoid it when I have other options.~

I drink the watermelon aminos while lifting. I love the flavor, not chalky and very helpful with recovery!

The flavor is nice & tangy, and this powder dissolves well. It provided me with a great energy boost in the afternoon when I was dragging. It did a wonderful job of hydrating me, too. So this is a great, low-carb way to help yourself, whether youre a gym nut or just have a lot to do. Its not no-carb, because it does contain brown rice powder, but that is a whole grain, complex carb that will help your endurance without the crash that comes from caffeine. And it makes a great weight-loss aid, because it fills you without a lot of calories, especially empty ones. And just one scoop with a volume of water is all you need.

I like the product for the flavor and the hydration that it provides. Generally I’ve had many products from this company and the flavor is always on point. It’s a no frills product really and the only thing I have to say is that because it’s a no frills product, the product doesn’t really reflect that - it’s a bit expensive for what it is. I do feel hydrated from the ingredient profile so it is effective in that regard

I ordered this product to maximize my water intake. I was drinking over a gallon of water and was still dissatisfied. After researching several other hydration companies, I heard about Phase 1 aminos from Jen’s Get Fit Group. I chose them for their clean ingredients. To say I am extremely pleased with the Phase 1 aminos is an understatement.

I ordered the Fruit Punch flavor, and it tastes alright, it could be improved in this area, it tasted better when diluted with 21 fl oz of water, the container suggests 12-24 fl oz of water, so it can be adjusted to preferred taste, the ingredients are pretty simple with Magnesium, Potassium, Chloride, Sodium (Sodium Chloride 400 mg) and BCAA (7000 mg), this is artificially sweetened with sucralose, and contains no sugar. This electrolyte drink mix contains a strong dose of BCAAs and electrolytes to quickly rehydrate and keep stamina going, I like to use this one during and after a workout. Overall I like it, easy to read ingredients, 400 mg sodium for moderate to strenuous workouts, mixes in easily, container provides 30 servings, and it includes a scoop, my container also has a great exp date as-well 7/24.

I decided to try despite the negative reviews. I took this after my workout. The flavor is very tart. Taste like fresh squeezed lemons. As you can see in the pix, it didnt desolve very well but its not too graining so you wont have floating around in your mouth. Not bad but lets see if theres any difference in a month

Gosh darn it for not taking the time to read the ingredients. I loath artificial sweeteners, they taste so horrible and aren’t good for you. The flavor is so strong if fake sweet, I couldn’t even force myself to finish the glass. For this reason, I can only give it 3 stars due to the other ingredients being sounds.
