I was happily surprised by how strong these shovels are. My preschool students use them when digging in our backyard. The shovels have held up to being banged, thrown and dropped, besides for being used to dig up mud, leaves and hardened dirt. I will likely purchase more in the future.

I gave these out as party favors to toddlers. They were a big hit. The plastic is sturdy. And the colors are bright as the pictures show. I think they will hold up for a long time. My 3 year old digs most days with them, and he beats them up on rocks and sidewalks. So far they are taking his beatings well.

These shovels are a staple - my son takes them everywhere with him. They are very sturdy. Some shovels have a thin neck, and can bend, similar to a plastic fork. These won’t bend. Good neck for shoveling.
