    Great stuff

It worked well, and the picture looked much better than expected (seems like good upscaling built in). I never checked for delay; I only played games where that didn’t matter.

Hardware Used PSP 3000 OLED55B7A 4K PS398078 Sony PlayStation 3D Display 24 LCD w/ PSP™ Zoom feature PSP component OEM Hyperkin HDTV cables Pros -does what it says -cable is sufficiently long -usb power is sufficiently long Cons -image is very soft/blurry compared to straight Sony component cables -image is much darker -colors are not nearly as bright -there is noticeable input lag Verdict Use these if youre desperate or just care about getting into the game. Id would never recommend this being used on a 4k tv even with component, that is unless you have a gaming upscaler capable of 480p. Even on a good 1080p tv, the image is still subpar compared to Sony component.

This device works for my PSP-3006, but when I plug in the charger the TV screen goes black. I tried it with two monitors (Dell & Benq) and the same thing happens. So you can pretty much only play a game as long as your PSP battery lasts, then you have to stop to recharge.

Bought it without realizing I have an older model of the psp. The very first psp. So, the wire works, Im sure of it. However, Im having trouble plugging it in. Ive searched other sites, but theres nothing that came close to what Im looking for. Now its sitting on my desk collecting dust because its incompatible to my psp.

Im not sure whats wrong with this device, but both of the ones I received (I requested a replacement from Amazon) do not work with my Samsung HDTV, either naked, or passed through my mClassic, and I tested with two different PSPs. I tried with a normal monitor after, and it did work, but considering that the sole reason I bought this cable was so I could play the games on my living room monitor, Im very disappointed. Im not sure what this cable could be doing to the signal which makes it incompatible with my TV, as all my other HDMI devices work just fine in the same TV. Again, if you are using a normal monitor, perhaps this is fine for you, but I wanted to use it with my TV, and it does not meet that use case for me. If I could give 2.5 stars, I would. Very disappointing indeed.

This cable quit working 2 weeks after the return window closed. Dont buy.

I have a Samsung TV and this works very nicely. I would have a smaller screen with other cables but this fixes that problem and the sound and video is pretty decent. If you want an even better visual display, pair this with an mClassic and things look just a little bit smoother.

This worked perfectly for my daughter’s PSP 2000. No lag at all.

This cable would have been better had it not been so clunky. There is a unit near the end of the cable that controls the zoom feature, but then you have to connect another USB cable to get power to it. Perhaps this will be replaced by a single cable in the future, that can also support 1080p as opposed to 720.
