It comes with a disclaimer that it needs to be refluffed prior to use, as it is compressed for shipping. It puffed up quickly. No problem.

I bought this post hysterectomy. The pkg says it will fluff up after 24 hrs of opening. Its now 72 hours and still flat as a pancake. I opened it to try to fluff and the amount of fill is scant. Disappointed. No fault of the product, but it also showed up in Its original pkg with the shipping label attached. Thanks for the privacy Amazon!

I’ve been using this piece of heaven since the day I was discharged ( total hysterectomy). I’ve had to ride in the car twice since, and it has been such a help. Sometimes I pull and hold the seatbelt tight to get some compression…You won’t regret this purchase

I had a total hysterectomy six weeks ago, and I purchased this about two weeks into my recovery process. I love this pillow! It made traveling to doctors appointments so much easier than lugging around a pillow. It looks nicer than a big bulking pillow (even if I brought a tiny throw pillow) and it’s a lot safer than one as well when you are in a car. I traveled to Puerto Rico five weeks post-op due to a family members illness, and it was great to have on the plane, and the rental cars while I was over there too. It holds its shape very well, and the pattern is beautiful. I’m leaving again to travel south about 11 hours by car and will be taking it along with me just in case I need it for my seatbelt if I have any swelling from my hysterectomy still. This pillow is a lifesaver!
