Zipper works great, handle is sturdy, strap is in good working order & the bag didnt have a smell (cause sometimes stuff smells weird lol). Overall 5 for me. Ill update after he uses it for awhile! Update: After 6 months of constant use, the bag still looks brand new & works wonderfully

> 3 dayIt is an attractive bag. I just hope it lasts. The first thing I noticed was that the zipper curls back when unzipped. Im afraid that after some use, that will be the first thing that will get damaged. I was also expecting the bag to be a little sturdier. The front pocket bulges when you put the charging cord in it. (I guess I got what I paid for)

> 3 dayI just recieved my case today and I was surprised by the quality. Lightweight. Comfortable adjustable strap. Enough padding were I feel comfortable that it will protect my laptop. Enough room for a folder, phone, charger, etc. Exactly what I needed. Plus I loved the design.
