IDEAL INDUSTRIES INC. 61-035 E-Z Check Circuit Tester, 120VAC, Heavy Duty, Yellow

Cheaply made now. I own the same exact model number and bought this tester for my employees. Once the package arrived, it’s very apparent ideal has changed the quality of this tester. Cheap plastic and the light covers already fell off. Disappointing to see a good product become so poorly made. I’ll stick to Sperry from here on out.

Working in the electrical trade this meets the everyday demand thats required. This is a good, well built tester.

A little tool designed with single purpose, to check for correct electrical connection of wall outlets. Accuretly 100 percent all the time.

Cheap copy. Lights lit up in the wrong order. Sent it back.

Very easy to use, fits well in the tool bag.

Spend the extra few $$ to get the digital Klein receptacle tester.. This one doesnt rely on batteries, and i keep it as a back up.

Best tester out there.

The question section on the item page says it is made in the USA and the answer was from the manufacturer. I paid about double the price for other brands made overseas thinking I was buying a US made product.

If your an electrician this is the best gfi receptacle tester you can get

The receptacle outlets in my bathroom around my lavoratory have GFCI. I test these outlets regularly to make sure the Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters are functioning properly. Sincerely yours, Bruce Geidel
