iFixit Pro Tech Toolkit - Electronics, Smartphone, Computer & Tablet Repair Kit

Perfect gift!!

So I have a few other tech toolkits and wasnt pleased with the build quality, after seeing the pro tech toolkits on most of the big tech YouTube channels I figured Id finally get myself one. Overall the packaging is great, the case feels quality and compact for what you get, although Im sure I wont use all of the bits but its good to have them just in case I do one day. That said one issue I noticed is a sticky residue on almost everything inside the bit case, the screwdriver and everything included is sticky and feels like someone poured soda all over and left it out for a few days. Some have rust at the bottom of the bits and the TR9 bit looked like it was stripped or used, kinda disappointed Amazon expects me to send it back to them first to get a refund and then buy another (would have been pleased just doing an exchange) Ill just try putting them in something to get the residue off.

Lasted me 3 months before the swivel cap came undone and refuses to stay on. Bits are everything I need since I build computers for a living, feels sturdy in my hand but now I need another driver since the one I have is essentially annoying to use rather than a benefit. Probably wont go with this model again, little disappointed.

Amazing! Has every bit imaginable plus some amazing tools for phone repairs. Dont know how I was a tech enthusiast without this before I bought it. A must-have for anybody who is into tech!

The iFixit Pro Tech Toolkit is by far the best repair toolkit that I used. It is a nicely organized roll up tool kit with a variety of implements, screw bits, torx bits, and handles. I am not certain about quality but for repairing laptops, this kit is perfect!

Fantastic. Very high quality. Youll be hard pressed to find something that this kit wont allow you to take apart.
