iFixit Pro Tech Toolkit - Electronics, Smartphone, Computer & Tablet Repair Kit

Unboxing this Toolkit was a pleasure. You can tell that thought was put into the packaging. Rolling out the sleeve to reveal the bevy of tools and bits felt like I was a Pro (insert preferred field here) about to get to work! Immediately took out a couple of the bits and put them to work on my laptop. I liked everything about these tools, from how powerful the magnet is, to how solid the bits feel. Yes, this is a bit pricey but well worth it.

Bad quality

If you work with electronics, or items that have unique screws and fasteners, this kits is definitely a must have! While it offers fewer bits that its big brother, the Manta, it makes up for it in addition materials to get the job done. Working in IT makes this kit another must, as having a backup is always a good Idea. An outstanding product at an excellent price!

The tools themselves are pretty good for the money, 2 critiques: the driver bit case could stand to have more clear labels for the bits (I know minor. But its a fairly expensive kit and that would be an inexpensive fix) and slightly more durable bits would be nice, although I do understand for this type of kit, its better to strip the driver than the screw, just a slight hardness increase would be ideal.

These tools are not so easily broken. I just bought this kit for laptops screws adjustment. Some of it broke during the process (when being used for twisting)

Great kit, I has everything you need in order to do maintenance to laptops or computers.

Very complete toolkit. Thoughtfully packaged, made and designed (magnetic cover+parts tray, bits holder, strap for spudgers, etc. Everything rolls up into one neat package, secured by velcro. Totally worth the price I paid for it. Quality thru and thru. If you’ve ever struggled with crappily made precision screwdrivers, you’ll know what I’m talking about. Ditch the crap and go for ‘the good stuff”.you won’t regret it, you’ll never be sorry you did.
