This would be a nice little caliper if the battery compartment wasnt loose. While using it the battery compartment either falls out or moves around, which ends up resetting the digital caliper. I usually end up using the mechanical part instead.

Great Product, Exactly As Described, Very Happy

I purchased the caliper for woodworking. It seems fairly well built, accuracy is good and the price was right. Three scales metric, fractional and Inch (decimal). This is very handy for what I do, for the cost you cannot go wrong

I have about10 of these and they all work great. The only design error is the battery holder is very touchy. but a small piece of tape fixes that.

Its been a few years since I bought this, but I barely ever use it. Just like every other cheap chinese caliper I can find, broke after realistically 15 minutes of use. Battery is not the problem

This set is perfect for engineering use if you dont need a calibrated measuring tool. The digital screen is very easy to read. My coworkers use mine over some others that are available because it is more accurate and zeros nicely. One person even went and bought their own to keep at his desk. My only complaint was that it came with 2 batteries and one of the batteries was already dead. For the price, this is the best set out there.

If youre not an engineer (or maybe if you are), this tool is the best of the inexpensive Chinese calipers. I use it for reloading where case length is critical for proper feeding and seating. This caliper is spot-on every time to the thousandth of an inch. Smooth, clean, accurate right out of the box.

Great caliper. No play on it that would mess up the measurements. Pretty good. I use it on my knife works and its accurate and precise.
