Greater than one weekiGaging IP54 works as expected with consistent accuracy. The wheel movement is a bit tenuous but stil, with a consistent amount of pressure, similar readings are produced. I use for woodworking so thousandths of an inch are accurate enough.

> 3 dayAfter watching a guy nerd out on lots of calipers, this was the only affordable unit that didnt have wiggle and sub-zero readouts. Plus, its accuracy is great. Just remembr to have it at zero when you turn it on. I have used it on more things to get real numbers than I imagined would have been reasonable when I ordered it.

> 3 dayWhile I did want the absolute zero version of this caliper, my need didnt justify the extra cost.

> 3 daySuper. Amazing quality for the price. I read about this and a cheaper model made by IGaging on a tech blog, and am glad that I bought this one. It has a super display in mm, decimal inches, and fractional inches. Very smooth action. The only drawback is that, unlike with a straight ruler, one cant easily estimate. It is so accurate that it may tell me it is 205/512s or 0.00031mm, because the bolt or hole is a nominal value, and not so accurately made. E.G. it is hard to measure inside nut openings. A small change might indicate a British measurement, rather than metric. But, it is fun, and Im learning to use it. The instrument itself is almost like jewelry, and it comes in a very nicely formed case.

> 3 dayFor what i paid for this caliper it works much better then i would have imagined pretty accurate too ive checked it with more expensive measuring tools and so far it seems to be on the money.

> 3 daySuper useful gauge. Fit and finish appears great, accurate as far as I can tell. Tips of gauges have a very thin portion which is great for measuring the shaft of a wood screw (between the threads) to determine the proper drill bit for a pilot hole.

> 3 daySo far these things are spot on. Have had no problem what so ever getting correct readings. Easy to read LCD display and has extra battery. Reads zero everytime i start it up, as long as I remeber to double check the calipers are closed and goes back to zero when I close the calipers.

> 3 dayThis is a good-quality digital caliper for a DIY or hobbyist for a great price. I have been using it for over a year, and its continued to provide easy, accurate measurements. The three display options (decimal inch, fractional inch, and decimal millimeters) are one of the main reasons I went with this model instead of other similar devices. Ive found all three display units to be very useful, and the large display is very convenient. The original battery is still going strong, and it was even shipped with a spare battery.
