As a practical matter, these cables seem to have reasonably durable insulation and conduct electricity, so they do what is intended. I was not thrilled with the connectors. In my photo, the connector on the left is from a different cable.. This cable has one that is more narrow and tapered so you dont get a snug connection. They work fine plugging into something else, but these cables dont firmly hold when connected together. One final note, these are 3 meters and not 10 feet. Not that big of a deal, but something to be aware of. (The 3 inch difference is not much until you come up short.)

These 2 conductor cables worked well but are made of a plastic that gets stiff at cooler temperatures. The ends plug into similar connectors and fit well. I got these cables to use in powering a 12 volt sprayer in the back of my ATV. I cut the cable and attached one end to the sprayer and the other to the ATV fuse box. Now I can easily unplug and remove the sprayer. These cables are expensive but work well. Part of the price is the heavier gauge wire. If you need heavy cables I would recommend these.

Good SAE Extension Cable for what I used it for, a motorcycle battery maintainer. It fits snug and offers a good reliable connection. The polarity in both SAE sides are made right which is always good to check as I have seen extension cables with red SAE side connecting to black and black to red! At $15 for a 10 feet cable it is more expensive than some other SAE extension cables on Amazon, but this is also a 14AWG wire which is more expensive for being a low-gauged wire!

I got these for my car’s trickle charger, the attached cable is very short but it luckily has this style connector so it works perfectly with these cables for a longer length. These cables are meant for solar panels so they are thicker than the 18AWG size that my trickle charger comes with, I like this because it makes the cable feel more heavy duty. The cables fit my trickle charger perfectly and also fit the adapter perfectly but for some reason they don’t fit each other very well. When you connect them to each other they fit a bit loose and disconnect fairly easily unless you loop them before connecting. I have no idea why they plug to each other loose because they do fit my other connections perfectly snug. If you need 20ft it’ll probably be better to get a single 20ft cord, for 10ft extension cables they work perfectly fine. The included adapter piece is meant to reverse polarity, I had no idea what it was for so I’m lucky that I checked before trying it. Overall the cables work perfectly fine unless you connect them to each other which is why I rated them 4 stars.

Ihurllu SAE Extension Cable 14AWG Quick Disconnect Harness Wire, Solar Power Cord: These are very goo quality SAE extension cables. My husband a couple of projects with some solar stuff on our camper and these are just perfect for what he needs.

These work great with my solar panels. I’m using these for a few different things. My camper has a solar plug port on the side. These work great plugging into my camper and solar panel so that I can move my solar panel around my campsite to get the most sun and charge my battery. I’m also using them to hook up my motorcycles to a battery maintainer. The wires seem to be of good quality and construction and seem to be the same as what my solar panel was wired with. I’m happy with them and would buy another set if I need another set.

I got these to serve as both the internal connector between an SAE sidewall port and a battery, inside a battery box as well as the external connector between that same port with one going to a solar charge controller and the other going to an inverter outside the box. I of course had to cut the cables to length, and attach new connector types at the now empty ends. After doing that Im happy to report that everything worked as intended and the wires are good quality and make solid connections. I also like that they included a polarity reversal plug, though I didnt need it in this case as I was careful to use the correct ends to keep the polarity lined up through the whole system.

I’ve recently installed solar panels on my RV to help keep the batteries charged in the winter. But I’ve found that the cables included with the chargers tend to be way too short. So I ordered these ‘SAE Extension Cables’ to remedy the situation. These cables work great with one exception. They seem to be well made and fit perfectly on my OEM SAE solar cables. There is no drop in voltage when I use them. My only complaint, however, is that these cables are not at all pliable or bendable when they are cold. You need to make sure you store them at room temperature before you install them. It makes your job a lot easier. All in all…with the exception of the. ‘bending problem’, I’m happy with these solar power extension cables and can recommend them.

Works well, Does what it is supposed to. The cable is flexible even in colder weather. If you need to extend a battery maintainer or a solar panel this works fine.
