> 3 dayGot a little bit of use on this blade now. So far so good. I cut aluminum mostly but has cut steels no problem, even few cuts of tool steel. This is by far the smoothest blade, the weld seam, that Ive had in a while. Its nearly invisible! I have 2 SuperCuts that failed at the weld with low miles on them, one which was welded crooked to begin with. I hope all of their blades are made this well because Ill be buying more. UPDATE 4/6/21 I just finally replaced this blade, with the same blade. This blade is just as smooth as the last one. The saw doesnt get used everyday but its seen it fair share of use for a home guy through quite a few projects. The blade finally started to crack, but not a the weld. It has lost a few teeth, due to cutting small rods or probably the stainless exhaust pipe, so that doesnt help overall life. I still say its better than any Super Cut that Ive had in the past and will continue buying these.

> 3 dayThis is an excellent metal cutting blade, works perfect in my Harbor Freight horizontal saw. The original blade the saw came with was a 14 TPI, not bad, but snapped. Replaced it with a US made 14 TPI which was total crap, dulled quickly and snapped. Ive used this bi-metallic blade for about two weeks now, and works perfect. Cuts quickly and smoothly, does not gum up and is a big improvement over the high-carbon blades. This is also pretty thin so it cuts quickly and passes easier in the metal. Excellent quality blade, very good steel, and comes nicely packaged with a plastic guard over the teeth so they dont chip. For the price, I dont think theres any other blade nearly as good.

> 3 dayInstalled this blade on a recently purchased Harbor Freight Metal Band Saw without any problems. I am cutting thin wall mild steel tubing (1/2 to 1” by 1/16” wall) at a slow speed and very little downward force. After installing the blade, I made sure it was aligned vertically and horizontally, so it would cut square. Since installing the blade I have probably made 50 cuts without any problems. The only change I might make is to use a 14/18 tooth blade, because I generally only cut thin wall steel. I would recommend this blade! BTW, the stand is made of 1” sq x 1/16” wall mild steel tubing with wheels, cut with this saw before installing the new blade.

25-11-2024My Jet horizontal band saw wasnt cutting so good any more. Took forever to cut a small piece of aluminum. Bought this blade and was pleased at how well it cuts.
