> 3 dayI used Fruityloops before Studio then used FL Studio for many years on Windows, but then switched to Mac. I finally have a completed Mac version and despite the years I have been missing, its not a whole new learning experience, and that is why I love Image-Line, they avoid drastic changes and tweak just where it is needed. I downloaded the trial and have been playing with it, after about an hour I knew I was buying Producer. If you want to create your own music, compose, arrange and master, this is the best $200 you will ever spend. Despite the price, this is not a budget software, I think it is the best out there and the easiest to learn.

> 3 dayI bought this for my 13 year old son, and he was able to get on and immediately use the program without any trouble. He absolutely loves it.

> 3 dayUnless youre 100% sure you know you only need the Producer Edition I would recommend the Signature version. I had the Producer version installed for about a day before I also bought the Harmless VST plugin for another $80 which is included with the Signature version. There are some good FL studio tutorials on youtube that Ive found extremely useful. Overall very intuitive product

Greater than one weekWhile overwhelming at first, FL Studio will bring out that creative genius inside of you if you put the time into learning it. This DAW is capable of so much that if truly mastered I believe you could rival Dr. Dre himself.

> 3 daySo, after many years of using FLs pirated version (straight back to Fruity Loops days) to finally owning a full license, I can say the feeling is exhilarating. FL Studio, in my opinion, is the best DAW out there, because it caters to those who prefer the simpler pattern-based way of doing things, and with its new versions also welcomes those who come from a more conventional DAW background (Cubase, ProTools).
