This does catch most of the accident, but it leaks around the buckle and will get the car seat wet.

I havent had to wash it yet but its great material. Soft material on top rubbery material on the bottom. Good quality for sure. It fits my graco myride 65 carseat perfect. It stays in place and its soft for my little guy. Shipping was quick.

I wanted to love it, but I can’t. It does not do its job. The material surrounding the crotch buckle is not waterproof, nor is the piping on the underside where that material attaches. This leads to disastrous results since that is the area in direct fire of a pee pee accident. I have now had to wash both the cover and the pad 2 days in a row. The pee soaks the material and then is wicked down to the piping on the underside and finally wicked into the car seat. The only thing it helped me on is when I forgot to put the pad on and he peed, I then put the pad over the wet seat as a temporary barrier. I am disappointed for sure. :(

So far so good! My son has had 2 accidents in this seat cover and it has had no leakage onto the carseat! My only complaint is that it doesnt stay in place while my child gets in and out of the seat, so you have to make sure to adjust it back into position with your kid sitting on it in the seat. But its a whole lot easier that washing my whole carseat cover!

I got it for my 2.5yo sons swimming classes. We go straight home to bathe so no point in changing him from trunks to diaper to bath. I dry him pretty well but shorts retain a lot of water. 1st day carseat was a little wet under (figured it moved) next couple days carseat is a little damp but good. I left the seat cover in my garage (cuz its 102° outside) but 5 hrs later the top was dry but the bottom was a little wet...(the underside that is supposed to be leak proof.) Gonna keep trying it. Wish there was a little more length but it was intended for pee accidents, not wet swimsuit lol

So far so good! My daughter is potty training and we decided to try the “cold turkey” method with help from her school so she went from diapers to underwear in one day! We haven’t had any official accidents in the car thankfully but it has been great to know that she has an extra layer of support just in case! This has also been great on road trips to catch all of the snacks...play dough, drinks, etc! Highly recommended even if you aren’t potty training! It is also thin and doesn’t add any bulk to the car seat, we didn’t have to adjust the straps at all when my daughter started using it!

Our grandchild had an accident and the product did not keep the urine from getting on the child seat by the armrest and dripping down to the car seat, the product did fully cover the child seat bottom so not sure if the material is fully waterproof for a larger accident

I don’t know if this is just for toddler sears but it didn’t fit my infant car seat. I wanted it to keep the seat clean for blowouts. I’m surprised no one’s manufactured anything for that. I guess I’ll just keep using a foldedburp cloth.
