Its super soft and stretchy and fits over the infant carrier like a shower cap keeping my baby protected from the outside elements and unwanted touch. I also use it as a nursing cover because of the breathable material. To the point, this cover goes way beyond my expectations! Honestly, I am very happy with this cover and it is worth the price. I will probably purchase more, they have so many cute patterns. You won’t be disappointed!!!!!!!!

I use this primarily to cover high chairs at restaurants as well as shopping carts, but I can see the incredible value I would have gotten out of it if I had had it since our toddler was born.
