Love this monitor. So easy to pack and take with on trips.

I bought this monitor so I have a second monitor to hook up to my work laptop when I travel. Im used to always having two screens and this monitor is good quality and economical. I did buy a more sturdy aluminum stand for the monitor though. The hard plastic case stand was not sturdy enough for me.

Update: Ive bought the monitor originally on January 20th 2023. This past week (5/28/2023 to 6/04/2023) Ive received a message from customer service explaining that after an issue with their email server, it basically took them a while to get back to the email themselves and replying those emails. I had previously disposed of the monitor that had the issue. I can be a hot head sometimes and the original monitor ended up in pieces in my trash bin. I know, I know.... Ive made it very clear to InnoView they would not get the original monitor Ive purchased back because it physically did not exist anymore. Well it did not bother them at all it seems and Ive received a brand new monitor in the mail on 6/1/2023. So, yes 5 months later but theyve made it right. That is outstanding! The replacement monitor has no issues whatsoever, no high pitch sound, menu works just fine. You guys deserve your 5 stars! Thank you! Sent messages about issues with their screen I just bought, did not even bother answering. I dont understand all the positive reviews on this thing. Terrible high pitch noise, Monitor menu inaccessible. Huge piece of crap. Stay away from this brand.

I love this portable monitor because it comes with its own case that also serves a stand or holder on a flat surface, and the resolution is impressive. If you have an older laptop, the graphics card cannot be accessed with a USB-A. Instead, use that port for the monitor power cord (USB-A to USB-C) and use a second mini-HDMI to HDMI cord (both included). For power banks, youll need a USB PD protocol (Power Delivery) so that it gets smartly gets the right charge.

On the one hand, this monitor looks beautiful and is a perfect size. The integrated cover/stand is well designed and functions as expected. I read the reviews and a very few reported the issue I experienced--so few, I thought perhaps the users werent savvy about something related to the tech. When connecting the monitor to my MacBook Pro USB-C to USB-C the monitor starts at 30% brightness. Increasing the brightness to 90-100% on the indicator didnt actually increase the visual brightness on the unit. I tested with the laptop plugged in to power and not plugged in without any change in the monitors function. Next, I tested whether plugging the monitor into a power source improved brightness. It didnt. I had to return it. This would have been awesome--great size and weight, clean look, and recognized immediately by my Mac. Unfortunately, the screen was just too dim for what I need and would not adjust to a brighter mode.

This screen was easy to connect, perfect size for my work computer. All in all, exactly what I was needing.

Love the second screen when working in multiple programs simultaneously, like Quicken and my bank statement, or multiple spreadsheets. Warranty service is AWESOME! worked flawlessly for 11 months then brightness adjustment stopped responding. Contacted Customer Service and after two or three email exchanges for troubleshooting, they sent me a new monitor. Easy Peezy; no hassle. I love that it can be powered from my laptop, making my home office completely portable.

I have tried other products to use for traveling so I can work from dual monitors and this one by far has been the best. The screen is large enough to work from, the brightness is bright enough - you do have to adjust it each time you use it, but that is not a big deal to me. I didnt realize about it having speakers which was a nice surprise as I usually play music when I work. Its slim and light and easy to travel with and a great price point. Overall, I really like it and have recommended it to other friends who have purchased it and are just as happy as I am.

Pretty good monitor when you need one on the go. My laptop wont power it but it comes with a power brick and it also works off a small battery bank. If you must power it off your laptop I would make sure it has the power output to do it via USB.
