Good product. Easy install. Three screws and a snap ring. I use plumbers putty on the joint with the sink. But I think it also came with gaskets that were also designed for that. But I think its better safe than sorry. So I just use everything.

I bought this to attach my old badger in-sink-erator to my new stainless steel single basin sink. Fit perfectly and looks brand new like my sink.
