why doesnt the trim ring and button not sit flat? Looks like a poor fit from the most expensive air button

We have renovated our kitchen and so we no longer had a small wall for the disposal switch. This works perfectly in our new countertops. I think it is my husbands favorite thing in our new kitchen haha.

Perfect replacement!

Product worked well for 18 months until threaded plastic support broke on circumference along one of its plastic threads— see photo. It appears that side wall needs to be manufactured thicker or material itself needs to be stronger. No apparent guarantee; had to buy a new replacement and pay plumber to install it.

It was double the price for this exact model at Lowe’s!!!!! Works perfect!!!

An air switch? Really? I was skeptical. This is my second one. I have been using the first for over a year and it’s great. I’m installing a second sink and immediately bought another one of these switches. It sits right in the counter so it’s right where you need it (and great for island sinks where you can’t put a wall switch anyway). You can use it with wet finger without worrying about electricity, because there isn’t any. The electricity is down in the cabinet, and the switch works with a small air hose. It really works. After a year, it has never failed or accidentally disconnected. I’m installing a second one instead of wiring a switch in the wall for my new sink. Also, it’s a lot cheaper here than at Lowe’s, where I got the first one.

I bought a cheap off name version for half the price and it worked twice. Spend a few more dollars on the good one.

I have been using these for a few years now, NO Issues at all! if you are installing a new countertop you need this.
