This wire is legit! Soft, flexible, lots of fine strands, sounds great. Its the perfect speaker wire for car audio. I thought the soft insulation might be hard to pull, but it pulled just fine for me under some carpet, and didnt get caught up once in the process. The 100 foot spool will last a long time unless youre doing lots of installs or wiring an RV or something else long. Yeah its not pure copper, and yeah its not 12 gauge. But for 95% of people this wire will do the job... unless youre a hardcore audiophile or building competition systems. Dont fall into the trap of buying expensive and unneeded heavier gauge wire. If you do the math most of the time the heavy gauge expensive wire simply isnt needed.
