So I wired my first boat stereo and amp with non-tinned wire. Dont do it! You will have corrosion issues eventually, usually in about 2 to three years... This wire is perfect, well protected, very flexible and manufactured to withstand the elements. Hey cheap out if you need to, but if its your boat, do it right!

Dude! one day shipping? How do they do this. This wire is soft and flexible, easy to use and 50 is just about right for my project. I ordered the 14ga. The wire is probably better than the speakers. At least the cables will still be there when I replace the speakers.

I used this wire for the speakers on the boat. It delivers clear crisp and loud sounds to the speakers. Since the wire is under the deck, I do not have to worry about it corroding.

Purchased Klipsch 650 outdoor speakers and used this 12 gauge wire to wire up speakers mounted on horseshoe light poles approximately 60 feet from my screen porch where I have a Pyle PTA44BT 4 channel amplifier...perfect match and sounds great! Quality tinned wire, just buy it!
