Ive been using this off and on for about 2 years now. I started it when diagnosed with macular degeneration for its immune system boost. It definitely gives me pep and motivation. Clears up my head and chest. Seems to help skin. IDK if it will help the MD. What is the most striking to me is everyone Ive offered some to (I keep one bottle at work) has come back and wanted to know the brand; and where I get it so they can order some. All of them have allergies and have been on allergy medicine for years and still suffered. This is like a miracle for each and every one of them. And IT is one of the few brands without a bunch of unnecessary stuff in it. Good job!

I took NAC and went through the entire winter and flu season and never got sick once. As someone who suffers from Asthma this is extremely important to me.

This is my first go at this product. I did like the specific benefits of this supplement.

This product was sealed but when opened it was full of black specks, probably feces or eggs of some sort. NOT okay.

I’m not sure but I think this may not be the real deal. I’ve had NAC from other brands before and the smell is usually undeniable (eggy smell) upon opening this there is absolutely NO smell which is very weird.

NAC Great stuff for the immune - This is the same thing they give heart patients before and after heart stent surgery. But of course this is a much less dose. First time with this company - and i can not say anything one way or the other. I normally use NOW - But This company seems to have a better product which is hard to believe. They have a stronger dose on this .
