> 24 hourI upgraded my mother board and processor from 7700k to the 11700k and Asus ROG Z590-E Gaming Wifi. I also installed a GEN4 NVME Drive as a oppose to the GEN3 NVME drive I had for the 7700k. I can say the speed of doing any operation in windows is noticeably faster. I am extremely satisfied with the stability and speed of the system.

> 24 hourI preordered this cpu and got it on the release day, coming from the 4th gen i7 4790k its a huge leap, its a great processor and handles everything I have thrown at it extremely well while only getting 70C max with an average of 64C while gaming. Best yet, it has PCI-E 4.0 Support and I gained an extra 20-30 frames with my RTX 3080 in Modern Warfare (average of ~160 fps with everything on ultra and ray tracing on). Highly recommended for an upgrade.

> 24 hourInstallation was a breeze (my first). I have only had it in place for a month and have not yet been able to get a decent graphics card, but running with an old card for now does not come close to pushing this cpu to its limits.
