Absolute Monster. I cant say enough good things about this. MASSIVE upgrade from my AMD FX8350. If anyone is on the same or similar processor, and youre curious about if its worth it, trust me, it is. I see just monster numbers, monster frame rates, and amazing temps. I have my 8700k @ 4.7Ghz Synced across all cores cooled with the GTX H100i, and I see ~30C on Idle, ~70-75C on full load. I have not de-lid the thing just yet, but I plan on it in the future.

çà ne sert à rien dacheter la version overclocké (8700K), cest 100 euros plus cher pour 0.5 GigaHertz de plus, renseignez sur les tests, pour moi cest le meilleur core I7 8ème génération, attention de prendre une carte mère compatible LGA1151 Socket.

Come da oggetto, dopo aver appreso delle vulnerabilità Meltdown e Spectre, il prodotto ha perso molto di valore. Soprattutto perché Intel non intende risarcire i danni.

It hauls ass. It is a powerhouse. Not much else to say. It is a good CPU and the best part it is a INTEL not some second rate CPU. Intel is the only way to go. Ive been building PCs since mid 1980s. For compatibility with other hardware, speed, durability, bang for the buck...you cant beat intel hands down. You get what you pay for remember that. Want to build a cheap PC? Then expect to get cheap results. Just that simple period!

The delivery time was ridiculous. Originally it was projected for about two weeks but was late on top of that which wasnt particularly satisfying but as a product it seems to work fine.

Nice and reliable. Runs cool with a liquid cooler.

This CPU is the biggest shakeup to Intels consumer platform in years. You can finally achieve HEDT performance at a mainstream price point. Gaming is unbelievably smooth, if you own a high refresh rate monitor, this CPU should be your first pick. It made me realize my old R7 1700 (overclocked to 4Ghz, mind you) was severely bottlenecking my GTX 1080. I saw a 20 to 40 percent uplift in frame rate depending on the title. When I stream my games, Im no longer seeing my minimum frame rates tank like I did on Ryzen. Everything I throw at this CPU gets chewed up and spit out no problem...
